Yah and It is also illegal that you have one domicile of that province in which you didn't reside.
But this case is very hard to prove as anyone can claim his/her ancestry from that province and would definitely have some valid or fake proofs of it.

If organization is right and doing right things they can do validation and verification in deep.
FPSC inquires, after passing written and interview, about your credentials. They send domicile to the concerned agency for official verification. Apart, there would be an intelligence inquiry as well.

As you know recently OFFICERS grade interviews (BPS-17) were conducted and their results not announced yet.
So just wait for the announcement of STAFF grade interviews (BPS-5 to BPS-16) (probably after the results of officers grade)
