Dear furri change in 2nd order is authority has right to increase nts marks weightage in upper limit but down limit remain 70% while first order show that 70% weight no change made by any authority

I think it is not a big issue.

If the last person called have 79 and there are 20 members having 79 then all 20 are called, that's what i can understand.

If this is not big issue than I am 6th in Sindh (Rural) for AM (Revenue Officer), I should be called for Interview. Having NTS marks (84).

But if rule is rule (1:5) than why FESCO has done above irregularities???

This is not irregularity. Number of candidates only increasing just beacuse many have same marks in nts at cutoff. So how can they ignore those

There is no violation man
Open merit was made at 88 marks so 35 were called and so on.
Your case can be solved by contacting HR FESCO.
They would tell you that how you were or were not eligible for interview.

This not an irregularity than what?

I have called FESCO HR dept many times but they are reluctant to answer/reply/justify.

According to final merit list
As per fesco website
AM RO seat is only 1 for Sindh rural and cutt off for that is 86 and 5 candidates are called aginst it.
Your position is 6th at 84 so thats why you are not eligible.
If you had 6th position with 86 marks, you have surely been called
