Dear Bakr, I visited NTC HQs on October 03, 2019. They told me that offer letter to an other candidate (3rd in merit) is issued. And I am not the one. Furthermore, if he/she also declined the offer, then the post of AD(HR) against KPK quota will be left vacant and may be advertised again later.
