I called on 22-08-2016 at RTO Abbottabad for LDC & UDC update, they informed as usual i.e Court Stay order.

yr someone says that the letter of appointment will be issued on 4 sep what about that ? Are you expecting that letter will be issued on 4 or not kindly comment i am from peshawar and if there is anybody applied from peshawar kindly contact

if any body contact FBR or RTO, plz ask them the case No. writ petition No. so that we can pursue the case for further information. One of us should visit Court to see whether the case is pending or running etc.

I am also in need of this info, sadly most of the staff at FBR are clueless & the only ones with this information are the lawyers themselves who are representing FBR in this case.

As per a previous post in this thread, the case is being overheard by Justice Attahar Minullah who has also served as a Deputy & Assistant Collector in Customs. He is more then likely to rule the case in our favor, so that is a good sign yes.

I am not expecting at 4th September..Some RTO didn't conduct interviews yet

FBR will issue letters for all RTO's at the same time i think
