First Thanks to Almighty Allah.
I called today on 01-09-2016 at 110 am as follows:

1. FBR-HRM says that " Recruitment Process has again started in FBR & RTOs & Customs.
2. FBR-Admin says that "Permission letters have been sent to All Regionals Offices of FBR two days ago" for continuing the Recruitment process.
3. FBR-RTO Abbottabad says that ' we don't have any Information regarding removal of Stay Order from FBR HQ yet.
4. FBR-RTO Sialkot says that " Stay Order has been removed, the case has been decided in favour of Department i.e. FBR. 10 to 15 days will take to complete the remaining process of Recruitment.

That is all, dear friends if you have any other info plz do share here. as the many candidates are suffering due to uncertainty situation.
