Bhai may bs yeh kh raha hn k NOC ly lene se aap ko future may koi masla nai hota.
Lets suppose aap ek govt job kr rhe hn(with 2 year contract) aur ek private company ka appointment letter b aap ko mil jata hai, to app us govt job ko forun chor k nai ja saktay. Aap ko kuch arsa pehlay department ko notice dena parta hai ya salary as fine submit karani parti hai(duration and fine vary from department to department). So bad may zaleel hone se behtar hai k pehlay he NOC ly lain. And secondly people rarely leave govt jobs for private ones :)
is it correct? if some one give notice period in his resignation as per his contract and after this period he gets reveling order from govt dept than can he join any pvt or other govt. dept ? every person give resignation from previous dept after getting a new offer. |

Don't make it complicated.... In case of resignation you have to give one month prior notice....else they Will deduct one month salary...simple...relieving and resignation both are different...!!!

Sent from my e40 using Tapatalk
yes exactly, this is what i was trying to say with little addition that if you have NOC then no prior notice or pay deduction is required. NOC simply means that your department has no issue if you join other job(govt/private). |

It's common scenario, contractual jobs are only to get one's services for meager benefits temporarily. Unlike permanent job, where one may be relieved on lien. |
Noc / dpc
Is there any provision in rule / policy to the effect that NOC is not required for applying posts within same department???? please. Copy / reference of rule is also required, please.
|
I applied for two posts through proper channel and joined the first one after getting relieving certificate from my parent Department. Subsequently, I was again selected for 2nd posts with higher pay-scale whose result was announced later-on. Now, what should I do to join the second post as I got NOC at the time of applying from previous Dept.? Should I simply join the next post or anything else?
