Dear As per rules and practice no organization can change the nature of job. i-e if you dont apply for JE Admin ,then the organization(NECOP) can't consider you for JE Admin.similarly if you apply for AM HR not for JE ADMIN or JE Account then the organization will be bound to consider you for the post of AM HR not for JE Admin or JE Account.There is no such provision in rules.However,if you selected for AM HR then the organization can depute you in Admin or Accounts and the organization desires.

Moreover, As this is PSDP Project(Public Sector Development Project) in which you need to be all rounder in all the subjects is given preference ,because you have to prepare all the demands and work of the office independently.The organization prefer experience .

Yes these posts will be regularized after 2-3 years or may be before 2-3 years. it also depend on the category of contract. candidate having category 1 contract has 100% chances of regularization.

Also in NESCOM, the same procedure of contract is followed.

Ahsan Bhai,

One of my friend has appeared for test and interviews for AM Inventory & Stores in NDC - Islamabad and offered job as AM Procurement ( currently working there). These organization do change the roles of any post as per their requirement.

Dear ahsan bro,
I just told what actually happened to me. Moreover i am not sure about selection as four candidates were also there and imp thing which necessary to mention is that i am out of am hr race and the reason they contacted me for je fiance is that i have solid back groud in banking which some how made them think that might be i am good in finance and i had good interview exp regarding am hr so based on these assumptions i was called and game on for am hr positions for other candidates may GOD bless all of us and and do which is best for us thanks

Today I enquired about the selection and the answers was " it is yet to be done "
