I have heard from friends that many toppers were not selected in SOA because of their qualification and current job. Because SHC wanted to recruit those candidates as SOAs who stay with this job as long as possible.

But this will not be case with JCAs as this job already require MBA/LLB with experience and JCA test/interview would be more competitive.

As per my info the first three from Hyderabad were not selected for the post of SOA.

I don't admit this.
My qualification is Master, my another friend has done MBA from bahria university, he has also been appointed.
The thing is that SHC evaluated the result mainly by Written test which was conducted on 23rd April 2016 as this Was the subjective paper.

Insaf sindhu said that Sub office Associate is the new name for Junior Clerk. How many years it require to be promoted? I have applied through proper channel, would it be fruitful for me?

It is unfair if toppers have been rejected.

In the advertisement they wanted professionist in MS Office. What does that mean? May be who didn't submit Ms Office certificates were rejected due to this.

U will take same salary disregard to ur previous salary as other SOAs get. Because SHC is autonomous organisation & it has different rules & regulations to Sindh Government. While there is special allowances for u therefore u get 40000 rupees.

This does not make any sense to reject any candidate on the basis of his high academic and professional profile. The candidate applying for the post shows his interest and will to serve. The employer must not overlook the keenness of his application and his merit position only for such lame reason.

What u think about JCA? What will they give in test?

Dear, In the absence of any official word, I can only have a rough opinion on this;
JCA has to be a supervisory post hence good drafting, managerial and interpersonal abilities sound quite mandatory. In order to prove the suitability the candidates have to take a good systematic written/descriptive test before the Interview.
The interview too has to be more than just formal introductory session.
The rest God knows.
Tommorrow we should make a call to the SHC and inquire about the next phase. Shall we ?
