I qualified for JCA but failed in typing. Let's pray, SHC calls us for interview because there are merely 36 candidates for JCA. One thing more, for JCA typing speed
Criteria was not mentioned in advertisement. Later, they decided to conduct typing for JCA.

what's your typing speed though ??
I suggest to not worry as there are fair chances for all written qualifiers to be called for interview.
Dont know about the no. of vacancies. Any one here who knows may help us.

Source of information is one of my friends who appeared in interview of sukkur, he shared the info. Larkana and Sukkur have 8 each vacancies, and the no of candidates were 16. even 9 candidates appeared from larkana, but seats were 8, fortunatley from sukkur only 7 candidates appeared while 8 were qualified for the interview, so finally the 9th candidate was asked either he is willing to work in sukkur or not, he replied wherever you post i am willing to work there, so that have named him for sukkur high court, this is all is shared by my friend who has also been selected for Sukkur.

For larkana bench, there were 05 seats and 05 candidates were selected from 09. Rest were not selected. shared by one friend who also appeared for larkana bench.

coudn't make it this time also... only five candidates were selected from hyderabad... number of vacancies were too low from others divisions..

Dear friends Assalam O Alaikum!

First of thank you very to Almighty Allah, with His countless blessing we all from Sukkur bench were selected. Actually number of seats was Eight (08) and be luck we shortlisted only eight but one unfortunate from Sukkur was absent on test/interview day.

Here is our story.

First of all we appeared in written test at 09:30. Time allowed from written test was 45minutes only. Following questions were in the test.
1. Five synonyms
2. Five antonyms
3. Ten words for using in sentence
4. Half page of translation from Urdu to Engilsh
5. Essay about 300-350 words on "Problems of Society"

Total papers were of 4 types in every paper essay topic, translation and words were different. Above was mine paper. I don't know about others.
After that we were asked to sit in-front of Conference room where interview was to be held. Around 020pm Honorable board of 3 members came and started interview. Till we waited our answer copies were ready after checking. They didn't tell us marks.

Interview started from Sukkur. Mine interview was"
1. Introduction
2. Tell us something about your parents and brothers.
3. Which thing inspired you to apply here Sindh High Court.

Board was came with some late that's why interview of Karachi has been postponed because they were local.

What you think, will SHC call those who are failed in tying? what in number of vacancies for JCA?

I think they should call all the candidates.. I guess there are 10 or may be more than 10 vacancies of JCA. Let's hope for the best!

I think SHC will not call the candidates who have failed to secure typing 30wpm. Further, lets see what happens.
