Dear there is no weightage for typing test. Merit list is on MCQs test by NTS and written test by High Court. Typing test was taken for to know if the candidate know typing and shortlisting purpose. So count your merit list as per NTS result and written test by SHC. Best of luck!

Today I called SHC, they said me you will not have to appear for medical fitness test.. As you have applied through proper channel so you are allowed to start your job without medical test. We will send you appointment letter within few days.. Thats a great news for me......

What I think in the case of JCA, They will give weightage to typing test because:

If they eliminate candidates on basis of typing speed, As they have done in SOA, A very few candidates will remain in the process (depends upon cut off i.e. 30Wpm, 25Wpm, 20Wpm)

If they don't eliminate candidates on the basis of typing test neither they give weightage to it, then what was the purpose of taking the test?

well.. Congratulations..
what number you called ? share it so that we can also get to know the status of JCAs.
It is confirmed that no JCA candidate has been disqualified on the basis skill test result.
All of 36 candidates will be considered for the next phase.

There is a purpose of skill test for JCA. If they had to consider all the candidates why did they arranged this? But worthy judges are final authority they can skip this hurdle for candidates. Or the cut-off might be low upto 20 wpm.

In course of interview a candidate may earn preference by the virtue of his good skill result.
But its purpose is never disqualifying candidates at this stage.

They take medical test like army physical fitness or just diseases test like HIV ?
