Mostly in training Saturdays and Sundays are off. Even during NAB"s official training saturday and sunday are off. You can do this part time job. Another thing in NTS SOP's is that its not an obligatory job you can say no whenever you are not available. But once you confirm availability then if you can't come on the particular day, you'll have to inform your chief supervisor at least 12-24hrs prior to the test. But it will still affect your marks. As it will give you -1 marks in evaluation and will affect future promotion. So be cautious in saying yes or no in the first sms which will received one week ago before test.

Karachi/Sindh candidates mostly are called for training workshop as it was already decided. The rest whose are called to conduct test are mostly those whose workshop has already being held. Now NTS has a big project of test which is to be held on 21st, so nts needs staff. As I have already mentioned in my previous posts of 13aug that whenever they need staff they can call even from those candidates which are not called for training workshop and they will train them in few tests.

They will disclose it sooner.

Training workshop was just to introduce you to abc of nts. Take an oath. And give you a welcome party. The practical training will held in upcoming tests.

Every organisations have strengths and weaknesses. FPSC or provincial public service commissions even don't disclose your tests marks. We cannot judge a book by its cover. Lets be a part of this organisation and then analyse it. You have received workshop request now you know you haven't done any nepotism or bribery to be selected so become a team member and analyse its criteria. I know they didn't disclose merit yet but it doesn't mean that by this act we can blame it for the whole.
