Interview and selection will both be in the respective province. Its not a formality, it will contain a specific wheightage dont knw how much but I think it will be more than typing test's weightage.

Thanks..I am already on a job...is it wisdom to leave a well settled job for a job that states it is a temporary job and can be terminated at any time?

Post is permanent. Obviously there will b a probation period. But it is permanent. After 5 years promoted to senior auditor.
