Yes junior auditor can appear in exam after 1 year service, but junior auditor cannot b promoted drirect AAO. For promotion as AAO 3 year service as senior auditor is required.
Whereas it takes almost 9 to 12 years for promotion of junior auditor to the post of senior auditor on seniority basis depends upon nmbr of available vacant posts of senior auditor.
One more thing, as per existing promotion rules there is 35% quota reserved for promotion of juior auditor to senior auditor, while remaining 65% vacant seats are filled by fresh recruitment.

So what is the benifit taking promotional examination after one year if you cant get promoted till a long time?

I guess khana was saying it takes 10 years to get promote to sr auditor. how do you know it takes only 5 years?

I have heard from a source k 5 saal men senior auditor ki promotion hti hai. 5 year plus probation period.

Interview k liye ye final list hy is k bad interview hoga aur phr selected candidates ki list aegi.
