i contacted RTS today via telephone[091-9210320], they said Top score for DMO is 79 and last candidate in the Top list is with score of 69.
I forgot to ask that whether its district wise shortlisting or one wise, or all open.

he must be kidding.
no one scored 79 in the test but if they maneuvered the result than it can be 89 also.

You are right brother! I have checked all the Roll Numbers and I couldn't found one having 79 marks. To me tentative top scorer for DMO is 74. Every time when we try to contact RTS-Commission, it's staff comes up with different versions regarding recruitment process which clearly indicates some thing is not right. I think we should use RTI tool to fetch out the actual information.
