Brother, For AD vigilance post, Test would be conducted by CAA not NTS. I am saying so because the form we submitted was not of NTS; it was online registration and the test fee was deposited in CAA account, not in NTS's.

You are half right and half wrong. Let me correct you that test would be conducted by NTS. Not CAA.
