Start with introduction current job as finance officer, my working organization structure, then HR related Questions like Succession plan, what jd stands for define it, why JD is not followed why job rotation. What ATM stands for, define misconduct, who is army chief where is he now, there was earthquake yesterday in Pakistan tell me its magnitude, Pakistan is playing cricket series with whom and where. That's it. I can't answer three questions I can't answer where is army chief, magnitude of earthquake, test city.

My interview was also bit like yours. It was too evanescent. M bit disappointed regarding this.
