my interview was on 22nd and i am very satisfied with my interview. it lasted for 14minx. from kpk.

true, but if u have a good interview 30% can make a huge difference.

the criteria is still not cleared, bros. though they are saying that it would be 70-30 but i really doubt their statement due to the following reasons.
1. if it is 70-30 then it means that they wouldn't consider experience, academics, higher qualification, specialization etc. which is not practicable especially in this case because their emphasis were on aforementioned areas at the time of checking documents.
2. if they are not gonna grant even a minimal percentage to experience then why did they include in the letter that bring experience certificate. if they were really interested in the induction of fresh candidates then i think they didn't need to include this.
3.if specialization is not their concerned then why did they ask specially regarding specialization in the masters. in my case they underlined my specialization.
4. if they were not interested in higher qualifications then they didn't need to curious about MS.
5. i think they would consider academics as well because they asked for grading as well on back page of transcript.
6. the sequence they have made for calling interview was also dubious. we were three candidates on 72 marks and we were placed on 5th, 6th and 11th positions accordingly. don't know why candidates having 71 and below marks were placed before 72.
my personal view is that they would include all these in the remaining 30%. rest ALLAH knows better.

P.S. all these are just my own assumptions. i might be wrong.

30 marks can be distributed as
1-10 for your educational background plus experience
2- 10 marks for your appearance
3-rest are in the hands of interviewer as per govt policy o studied in an English daily

The rules required that a centralised test be carried out by a testing agency hired by the federal administrative ministries in consultation with the establishment division. The departmental selection committee was required to adjudge the appointment on the basis of 70pc weightage to screening test. The remaining 30pc was to be allocated on the basis of 40pc marks by the chairman of the committee and 30pc by two members each of the committee.

The marking of test and interview was required to be assessed by the departmental committee by giving 30pc weightage to relevant qualification and experience, 40pc to knowledge and skill relevance and 30pc to personality and interpersonal communication skills.
