I think we should wait 10,15 days more, as they told me they will call within 10 days.. As one of their board member is abroad..Recruitment below 17 scale was in process but for 17 and above they can't recuit without presence of their board member

Today I visited their Office.They are adding 30 percent academic marks which will change the result overall..All the toppers will not be selected ,only those will be selected who has high marks in MATRIC and FSC....For ADMINISTRATOR BPS 18.In two weeks theses Morons will call all the duffers from swat and bannu board who did well in Matric n FSC...Federal and Peshawar boards candidates who are more competent will not be short listed for interviews.Shame on their criteria and shame on PTI,ESTACODE and all the Duffers who devised this criteria in KPTEVTA and Province...Shame on this system..I got 71 marks and I am 3rd or fourth in the province but still not shortlisted for the post.What a shameful system

mera test score 64 tha AD BS-18 ka .....matlb main bhi NAAA hi samjhu

Brother I am form swat and I scored 73 marks in the test which means that a duffer from swat can beat a more competent candidate of Peshawar. Kindly come out of this self proclaimed shell of superiority. And adding academic score is pre-defined in their in recruitment rules. It won't affect you that much if you scored well in your degree of eligibility and I hope you scored well there, because this time you can't even blame it on swat.

Its ok if you scored 73.You didn't understood my point rather you are arguing what I have already said and its NTS Marks which matters.I appreciate and I wish you get this Job because your score is 73 and according to the merit you deserve it but just think If some another person/Candidate who scored between 70 to 73 with a gap of almost eight years between his degree and the advertisement of this job and he is kicked out because of this wrong academic marks weightage policy,How will he feel ?
.(Its not self proclaimed please judge them with your open eyes),Go and check the overall caliber of your FSC and Matriculation students and compare them with that of Peshawar,Abbottabad and Islamabad(FBISE),You will get your answer.

I don't consider NTS a standard, they are not making standard tests. But one thing I want to tell is this is not fair to change marking criteria at this stage,

If we go in to detail, there are so many things not right about it. For example a person having 12 years of experience, whatever it may be, will score alllot more than the one with better marks in F.sc. NTS test held for this post was from no where relevant for this post, how can that test be a standard for this post. All these criteria are techniques of shortlisting. That's its only purpose.

More experience means less chances to score well.NTS test are the only test in Pakistan where everyone's IQ is checked.The test of FPSC are usually based on craming. The one who is a fresh graduate or a teacher can score well even if the post is advertised for BPS 18 and requires 12 years of Experience in FPSC.I wonder how you are saying this.Are you not aware of the fact that what is going on in Commissions both FPSC and KPPSC who are following this stupid procedure of academics score in interviews and craming based MCQ's being followed in FPSC in written test.

Being a Pukhtoon you should call a spade a spade and say the truth.Do not compare an Eagle with a crow and a horse with a donkey.NTS has a calibre,standard and the ability to judge a candidate comprehensively and rationally
Allah will help the rest of our youngster if we say the truth to them and to our society.For me its over in KPTEVTA and I have nothing left in this Job.But atleast we should say the truth that the Interview criteria is foolish.
