Brother you are right at some extent. Your friend has the same sufferings likewise I am facing thoroughly. To whom should we blame for that sort of shortlisting, department or NTS? The NTS only follows department's given instructions and commandments. NTS is like a Television and department is like a remote control. The whole control is in the hands of department.

NTS kuch Departments ka Skill test ka Result nahi rakhte Jab tak Department ki permission nahi hoti, Direct Department se interview letter ata he mtlb skill test mein pass he..
