my shorthand speed is 80 wpm. but i have failed in the psychometric test. while i scored 81 marks

I couldn't actually get the policy of SSU, why they are conducting short hand, essay writing & advanced psychological assessment tests themselves? These tests could also be taken by NTS on the same day when screening test was taken. Each and every time when they call us they arrange next phase at Karachi, from where a poor candidate specially belonging to interior Sindh can arrange traveling expenditures in a sudden? This process made me disappointed.

I belong to interior Sindh, and I don't have any relative in Karachi where I can stay a day before this test. I will have to live in a hotel which will be expensive as well as tiring . And this shorthand Joke is just disgusting. I'm thinking of withdrawal from this Post

Any Sincere Suggestion!

My 10 friends got failed due to this psychometric test, there marks ranges from 70 to 85 but all failed due to that test, and only 110 people from whole Sindh were called for Skill test. I think we didn't took test seriously and also Nts invigilation staff were also careless and told everyone Psychometric test is just formality which resulted in this huge shock to almost 10k+ candidates.
