Can a BS (CS) degree holder eligible to apply for Data Entry Operator as the advertisement surprisingly states some specific degrees only for DEO

Yes you can, 25+5 years general age relaxation is applied in Govt Orgs

There is only one seat of GD for female in Sindh Urban.
Should I apply?

Yes you can because mostly people not applying because of less chance to select and their you got benefit.....same happend with me
