I think Office related question and basic question related to computer comes under Subject related, as it is clearly mentioned in the advertisement that the candidate must be computer literate or something like this

One of my mutual friends working in MOFA (Isb) said that it would take not less than a month to issue test letters.

Dear according to previous trends of OTS they usually take more Tha 2 month in scrutiny of applications and announce test date. Plus they haven't conducted test of their more Than 5 running projects yet . I think firstly they will conduct test of remaining projects which were announced through OTS because every department/division/ministry is advised to complete their recruitment process as soon as possible. Well lets wait and watch.

Remember all the shortcut commands of ms word
If u know ms word quite well you wil earn your self almost 10 marks INSHA ALLAH
2ndly some basic terminologies like
PUC means page under consideration/correspondence
DFA means draft for approval
Parts of file are 2 one is note part and 2nd one is correspondence part.
What does put up of a case/letter means?
