one more thing that was bizarre to read in the details of the case was the wrongly mentioned “suspension of fpsc advertisement 1/2012” and not “12/2016”,dont know whats that quagmire is!

12 pots of assistant directors has nothing to do with 8 posts of AD’s who are promoted(thier quota is separate) the issue was of seniority *(who would be senior---we or they)definetly now they are already promoted so they will be senior to us-now pray to god for selection in fpsc recommendation letter-the only issue

for your 2nd qs“suspension of fpsc advertisement 1/2012” that is typing error i think

Result may be delayed for another month or two informed by fpsc. Department has to send letter to FPSC. someone in Islamabad can inquire about the status from the department.

As per Waheed Ahmed after contacting the department, the court will write a letter of case withdrawal to the fpsc, so that fpsc can public its recommendations. It may take some time unless someone closer to the court staff gets it done earlier.

has anybody inquired from deptt whether they recieved cout order regarding case withdrawl because they usually take one month to send orders and they send it simulteneosly to all respondents--secretary fpsc ,secretary establishment and dg emigration
