Can u tell me what’s the exact issue? i mean why the case is not getting disposed off,is it just red-tapism and the file is not reaching the concerned justice sahab?
if thats the case then file can be reached his desk soon,i mean i can make it happen,as ive gone through all the comments and promises made,it looks like a cocktail now,my only request is that if anyone could just give a brief summary of the reasons behind the delay so that by monday I talk to the person and make sure to put the file on the table of the hon.justice sahab!

Waseem jamal has submitted application for early hearing but court has not fixed hearing as of yet. Do the needful

Ok dear i made all this effort 1 month ago which is as follows:
"I get the case copy from copy branch IHC and get to know that the case was not proceeded since 21 Dec 17, both parties never set the hearing date and didn't go to the ihc......afterwhich,i met superiors of the emigration bureau, Director Admin and Deputy Director(DD) and to inquire about the case and both of them astonished to know the case was not draw, then afterwards they inquired the responsible person and it was promoted inspector who kept all superiors in the dark as he told them they have withdrawn.....at last the deputy has assured me to withdraw this case within a week"

Now, as per saying of Khawar Cheema application has been filed now, if you can do any favor then do it.

i want to clear all of you one thing that the inspectors who filed the writ, not all but some of them were political appointees made by then PPP Govt so the establishment division and FPSC were also reluctant to promote them as AD because the competent forum to recommend BS 17 is FPSC according to Civil Service APT Rules 1973, FPSC endorsement was not involved when they recruited. It is the reason behind that drag the case so long.

again silence...................no party to case is doing anything in my opinion the inspectos who filed case has some benefit in delaying case and dept is reluctant to face judges due to unknown reasons

the inspectors are lying that that they doing anything to withdraw case thus case is put under the carpet

the only thing we can do to become party to case
