Secondly,kindly tell us what if the case gets disposed off,Does the Bureau still need 12 AD’s now? since half a dozen AD’s are newly promoted,fate of these seats is still not understood,more so after the promotions made.

by ad Shayq Islam they have submitted withdrawl application 10-15 earlier that their greivances are redressed thus they no longer want to continue case, now lets see what happens

is there anything happening at all in deptt, ihc or fpsc . whether result will really be announced or not .whether it really sensible to keep hope after all this

Yes, keep your hopes alive you will soon hear the good news ... as im trying to set aside the stay order but till now according to bureau there is shortage of HR and they need new recruits but the issue pertinent to promotion of inspectors was seniority which will be affected by new recruiters, eventually they have to hire. while answer to your other part of question is both parties have withdrawn the case but stay order is still in place, bureau has issued notification to the ihc but nobody in ihc bother to take any action, the case has been brushed aside in the heap of files, i have applied for the copy of the case after which necessary action will be taken. just pray and hope for the best.
