Test date kb announce hogi or ye btaen k by post beji gai applications ka kia status hoga. Will such applications be entertained.???

Anotger auestion raised in my mind. If we forget to submit deptt.permission certificate wt will be the process ... now as last date is elapsed what should i do now as i have covered much of the course. Plz guide me seniors and admins.

Now as you can n0t give noc so wait and appear in test if you make it to the next round then submit noc
