Utter nonsense ! On the same day there was a test of Nacta conducted by PTS.It would also meet the same fate like Ppra.Except for Fpsc and Ppsc other testing agencies are just a farce devoid of any transparency.It is so painful to see when one works hard but gets nothing in the end because of the callous attitude of these incompetent govt departments.

Keep trying as much as you can and leave rest on God.

It is for the information of all concerned candidates that all the vacancies in PPRA have been cancelled. Anyone who wants to verify the news can contact PPRA. The vacancies will be readvertised but it is a matter of when.

Will they refund us the test fee after cancellation of these posts ? Why would Ppra again advertise jobs & when ? They are jokers to the say the least; would again mint money from poor candidates.I shall never apply to this defunct organization again

Asking for a refund wouldn't make sense, at least to me. I was the topper in the test for the post of assistant in PPRA from KPK. My selection was a surety since there were 2 seats for KPK. The thing is the vacancies were cancelled due to the organization's internal issues and incompetence, not because of some court order OR irregularities in the test conduction OR something. They have played with our emotions.

We should approach Federal Ombudsman Office, and ask for either a refund or free appearance for the re-test. Would it be a better option at this spot?

A Longing to Return to the Realm of the Soul

Ppra was a big disappoinment for everyone of us. But Alhamdulillah, with one door shut i hv got another opened. By the grace of Allah i hv got through the written test for the post of lecturer in the punjab higher education dpt through ppsc n soon will be interviewed. I hope to secure this job inshAllah. Coming to the readvertisement of jobs in ppra, wht i think those who had already taken the test, they woud be given the option to appear or not to appear. There would be a new highest to lowest list. As i scored 77 marks n if i dont retake the test my marks would still remain 77 n if retake, i hv the opportunity to increase my marks at the same time with a risk of having a relatively lower score. So test would be optional for those who took it last time. It has been in the practice of nts for other projects as well.

Organisations such as Ppra and Nacta are a farce and should not be the priority for one's career.On the same day when the tests were conducted for the different posts of ppra , pts too conducted tests for the posts of Nacta.Now after a lapse of more than three months the result of Nacta is nowhere in the sight.Initially Pts had announced provisional results but now the result has disappeared altogether from pts website.All the other results have been announced by PTS for various departments around the time when jobs in Nacta were announced in April 2017.To conclude it , I must say both these organisations Ppra and Nacta are nothing but a joke.
