Are you sure about this.
I hv seen this practice on part of nts in other cases. I am not hundred percent sure, yet it is very likely what i am saying. When i was applying for ppra assistant i also applied for assistant director LDA(WASA). In its advertisment it was mentioned that those who took the test for the previous advertisement are exempeted from written test. May be such was the case as we are facing from ppra. N it was not the test that made these jobs cancelled, it was their internal issues. There must be some logic for sidelining us if they are gonna readvertise these jobs. So nts is gonna give us an option to take or not to take the test this time.

ppra jobs will be re advertised after 2 or 3 months,it needs PM approval for further processing, so dont wait for interview. all posts have been cancelled.
we should go to court for wasting
our time and money..

Besides, If you feel, I do not discourage you. Approach Federal Ombudsman Office, I will also give you my signature if you need so, except attending proceedings.

Unfortunately, it won't be fruitful to approach FO Office even because in the advertisement, they had clearly mentioned i.e.

SN 10). The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.

Whereas so-called testing service had also mentioned, "Fee is non-refundable".

Another gimmick of Ppra by giving this project to Ots which has dubious credentials.Ots will now take 8-10 months to conduct tests with no guarantee of transparency( For the post of assistant mofa papers were leaked which led to cancellation of these jobs).On top of that term #9 of the ad stipulates that Ppra can cancel jobs anytime just like the same Ad which they earlier advertised through NTS in April 2017.
