I am working one of the provincial departments of sindh. My basic is greater as I have joined the current department through proper channel, what benefits i can have if I apply through proper channel? except counting of length of service?

you should apply through proper channel as the initial pay of fresh candidate for BPS 15 is 13510/-

Stop misleading people.... For Assistant BS-15 Only basic is 14k according to 2016-2017 pay scales.... But in case of FBR its double....plus add allowances and two special allowances and house hiring and it amounts up to a good amount....

i have recently given written test for the posts of Stenotypist & UDC at Maritime Training Institute Khi, the test was conducted by OTS for Ministry of Finance, as far as i assume the test was not so difficult, my preparations for the tests was not so good despite i got 59/60 score respectively.
