FBR is attached dept of Ministry of Finance, it has 2 wings Customs and Inland Revenue, Salaries are handsome because of performance allownce and there are several other benefits. As for as corruption is concerned FBR had improved alot.

Fbr employees are being paid double basic and some other special allowance. Pay scale is excellent as compare to other departments.

Ots will conduct only mcqs test than depends on the skills requirement of the job they will take skill test of written qualified candidates than toom the interview.

All departments under FBR including FBR itself are payed basic double also they were getting special allowance.....but in a bold move last year the FBR had another fixed special allowance approved from finance ministry....and it is applicable on BPS 1-22

dont worry about seats just do work hard on daily basis be competent success will be sure INSHALLAH
