i failed subject by one mark..I am sad

i have scored 65 in finance cadre and 61 in operations cadre even though my test went pretty decent. i dont think i have passed the tests. those with 80+ marks have a very good shot on the job. those who couldnt do better in tests need to stay focused and keep praying and trying. i am currently working in a well reputed bank but it took me a year and a half to get the job since the job market is very very tough specially for people like me who were mediocre in studies :p dont lose hope and keep tryin. and those who are asking k aik number kam hy tou interview ke call ay ge kia? the answer is NO. benchmark sy nechy kisi ko call nae ay ge. i have appeared in EOBI previously and had been interviewed. no one was called who couldnt meet the cut off criteria. not discouraging or anything but this is the real deal, move on.

Yes, there were no marks mentioned for essays. But there was a box for 'marks obtained'.

Exactly the Same questions, as stated above were asked again in AD Finance. Doesn't NTS has any other questions to ask?

Some of the questions were childish like

Overall AD finance test was extremely easy except a few questions. I think topper would secure around 90/100 marks and merit will be about 80/100.

Yes, you are right. My guess is that the merit will be around 75 to 80+

How do you guys check your marks. I use excel. It makes it easier and convenient and is less error prone.

Ok so how does the quota distribution works anyway?

Say a person is a topper in open merit, and likewise she's also a topper in Punjab region and on Women's quota. So will her application be considered separately in all 3 categories, or will she be moved to only in the open merit list to make room for candidates with lower marks in other 2 quotas?

Or if she's hired on open merit, only then the candidates below will be called to fill the position left by her?
