This is not new, I have experienced it in 3 different departments in last 6 months or so. appeared for LDA through NTS, no update after first result. though I was among top ten. applied for NECTA through PTS, same story there too. another Public sector organization through NTS, and no response after 1st result. these testing services are money making machines, that's it.

All the respected candidates are requested not to let their moral down.

Back in 2014, after the termination of some 358 employees, a total of 659 candidates were to be recruited in EOBI, but the then Chairman EOBI Muhammad Ayub Shaikh, decided only to recruit 295 under various positions. The reason for this cut down was the ongoing Multi Billion Scam before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Now there are acute shortage of Staff within EOBI, especially from the previously recruited 295 employees many have resigned and moved out for better opportunities.

These recruitment will surely increase the operational expense of EOBI (in terms of salaries to these employee) but subsequent to that it will also assure increased collection of contribution from employers. The stance opted by the petitioner for increase in pension is completely invalid that 300 new recruitment are taking place whereas they are not increasing pension. from what I have understood that the petitioner is trying to regard these 300 new recruits as some decoration pieces for EOBI office, disregarding the services that shall be rendered by these new recruits towards increasing the overall efficiency of the institution. it feel like if the petitioner is trying to say that court should terminate new recruit along with all the other EOBI employees and what is left can be distributed as pension.

Already employee working in EOBI are being paid as per pay scale 2012, which is also expected to be revised by the sitting chairman Khaqan Murtaza. the case is also pending for approval from Ministry of Finance.

Most importantly, the increase in pension case is quite complicated, since a committee under the chairmanship of the Finance Minister (accused) was constituted to consider and recommend the increase of pension. the committee further had constituted a task force under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor, State Bank of Pakistan. the Task force had recommended the increase in pension subject to the condition that government may provide matching grants. Since it is not possible for the employers to pay, neither possible for EOBI to collect contribution on the revised minimum wages from retrospective effect.

Tell me about a single political party or any united forum which raise voice for unemployed highly educated students......the situation is verse ladies and gentlemen.....I am surprised recently primary teacher jobs are announced in aj&k and people having 16 years of education and also many mphil level students join as primary teachers and they were very happy and posting their selfies of oath ceremony.....while on other hand matric pass people are ministers.........we are treated brutally.....we must have to raise our voice....we must have to make a country wide students union to speak and stand for our rights......whats going on with us...1- FPSC announced job,,,,thousands applied.....generate funds.....then after 4 months results....after four months call letters for interviews......;and final selection no one know.......why why? nts, fpsc they all just copy paste from websites.....i given many tests , and when come to home and google those questions ,,,from some website.....even pakistan atomic energy commission's test questions were just copy paste.....what i learned in universities and in schools in 18 years..........just 30% from that learned portion as test part...............lets make a powerful student organization.....if we do it we can pressurized political parties on names of votes for our claims.........now or never.

I have scored 68 marks in assistant test from kpk quota.... and am not shortlisted ... in addition 64 marks holder is shortlisted for interview.... from kpk quota....
plus nts remarked me as test fails in final , showing 68 marks in result.... how can I fail the test ... ??????? can anyone answer it ... r
