Does anyone know whether this is a contractual or permanent position? Aisa na ho k saal 2 baad farigh kr dyn
What could be the salary for an SPS-4 and other benefits?

Buddy if its not mentioned in ad that its a contractual position, so by default its permanent post.
SPS-4 would get around 35K, and dont know about any benefits.

Interview was good overall, and the panel comprised of 6 members. Mostly the questions asked were from the subject (field of study), your experiences in life, psychological type of questions, your hero, your goal in life etc. It lasted for 10 to 15 minutes i guess. An yeah they said these posts are for Karachi thats the hard point of all this. Its too far

The ad definitely mentions "contractual posts" I have a copy of the ad. What do you say? Any idea about their policy of making these posts permanent after a year or two?
