I've been sharing info regarding this job since beginning and for other many jobs.In fact i was the one who posted mcqs .did u give ur input then ? .The interview depends on the candidate's background and the panelists gauge whether candidate has persona to fill the required role...It is mainly spontaneous and varies from candidate to candidate.hope it helps you and last but not the least it depends on God's Will ..period

just a formal letter written to Additional commissioner which you have to type in 10 mins.Not so difficult in my opinion..

yes 5 copies of CV needed .didn't ask for photos from us
