They have mentioned the education in advertisment that the FSC/FA with the CT if you don.t have this qualification then the higher qualification will be given prefernce means if you have degree of masters or bachelor degree. we don.t need the CT for the higher qualifiaction. because they have clearly mentioned in the advertisment that FSC with the CT not for the higher qualification does anybody knows about, this ke agar kisi ke pass higher qualification hai to os ko CT ki zarorat nhn hai ya wo bhi CT jama karwaega koyi suggest karey es ke bare main

higher qualification means in having higher degree in the respective field
i-e FSc,BA,or MA with CT or B.ed or M.ed

but only Fsc,BA or MA are not eligible
however,a candidate who is FSc and he does not have CT instead he has a B.Ed degree then he can be considered eligibe.(will not be given preference but will be considered if no candidate is found to meet the prescribed qualifications)

CT is mandatory;however, it can be relaxed if one has the higher degree like B.Ed or M.Ed

But, a master without CT,B.ed or M.Ed will be in elligible

Its mean that without CT, B.ed or M.ed we are not elligible

I am MSC + B.ed.

Might be they will consider educational degree first as mentioned in advertisment. So with your intermediate or graduation, CT or B.ed is necessary.
