No you can't. The eligibility criteria is unambiguous, read it, its on fpsc website.

Default Help needed for Subjects!
I have decided to Apply
The big problem is that only 3 months is given to prepare .
Drawing Subject! No idea
Math 300 marks
Islamiyat and Pak. Stud. will take 2 months at least 1 for each
Optional
Well Math seems a reasonable choice. (pure math
but survey, geography, physics and chemistry will take more.
What you guys say.
How to prepare these subjects. No Books are given.
