jobs in sindh public service commission for the posts are taluka education officer (bps=17) extra.i have Done bs commerce hons can i apply for this post

Yeah, The degree you mentioned they do study management.
But SPSC specifically asks for MBA (HRM), MPA and Masters in EPM.
They did not mention in the advertisement that those who have an equivalent degree can apply, That's why.
