thanks both of you, i think i should apply, in matric and fsc my marks are 80% and 76% respectively,,,,,,,,
kia aesa ho sgta ha k joining k bad studies continue kr k scale ma promotion ho jae??

departmental promotion nahi ho sakti ,han ye zaror hai k ap M.A english ya urdu kr k nest recruitment mai BPS-16 hasal kar lo ya phir lecturer or SS select ho jao

Well, the only way i see is that we should do Masters in any subject ( English, etc...as we will not be allowed to do M.S in Physics,Chemistry etc) & then we will have to again wait for next recruitment...and will have to apply again....
The only benefit would be age relaxation......( for Gov .Jobs)
Else there is no other way out ....(to my little knowledge)

english, urdu, history or pak study , islamic study etc but english ya urdu mai master best rahy ga ya phir mcs(computer) kr lain,

hafiz ishtiaq ahmed bhai agar mai subjects change kar kay 2014 may b.a ka exams daita hun aur agar mairay marks 2008 say kam atay hain b.a to ky mai punjab university say do degrees lay sakta hun ya agar aik laini hai to apni marzi ki lay sakta hun ya phir woh mujhay ziada marks wali degree dain gay

i m also a bps 9 educator. i did MBA in finance. i got job on the basis of my fsc and graduation not on the basis of MBA. u should do masters in any school subject for getting good job in education departmetn

Dear I also got BPS 09 on B.Sc B.ed Basis and after joining i got M.Ed degree and also my master in Mathematics 2nd semester.
I think in education department we can continues our higher studies and get any other job.
As you know brothers employment in Pakistan in my tehsil my many colleagues have M.Phil degree and working as ESE means BPS 09.
Some thing is better than nothing.
