It depends on your F.A/F.Sc and Bachelor Degree Subject combination.
One of my colleague having degree master in Economics he serving as ESE but his combination in B.Sc is Math A, Math B and Economics.

Any one who have F.Sc with Math/Bio, Physics and chemistry and any Bachelor degree in any field with any combination of subjects he eligible to apply for ESE (BPS-9) but he not allowed for SESE (BPS-14) and SSE (BPS-16).
