Hey everyone I wanted to know something if anyone could help me out that would be great.
What is the meaning of job in KRL with NIL Advance Increment (On Regular Basis)?

I received security foams and this sentence was written on letter and I wanted to know that if this means that the job is permanent or on contract basis.

Please answer if you know about it.
