i had also given interview of EOBI last year in NOV 2012. But unfortuantely, jobs are cancelled by supreme court.
Bad experience from EOBI, they called all candidates on 9 am. of ADs and Steno, in one room they conduct test of typing of stenotypist,

I came at 9 am and my turn come at about 4 pm
They ask me about current job why u want to left,
One GK which they ask from every one.
and in last they ask me about my education specilizaton in MBA. and ask what is Theroy X and Y. which I dont know.

This means................ recruitment k liay Written Test zruri hay.
( I think written test means Essay/letter etc. test)
Oar jo NTS k test (First Objective Test) Ka test qualify kren gay (matlb 60 % aggregate & 50% each section Score kren gay) wo Candidates 2nd Level Written Test , jo k NTS hi conduct Kray ga, me appear ho sken Gay.
Recruitment merit pe ho gi, oar Km-az-km 45 % officers & 35 % staff zrur pass honay chahiay . Agr 45 % officers ki vacancies fill nhi hoti (& 35% staff) to phir dobara ad aey gi.

(e.g 45 % 0f 113 ad ops = 51 Qualifying candidates )

Just one thing I cant understand ... if above criteria is implemented as u describe. .. how will be merit determined to qualify for the job and ( how can they conclude vacancies are not met on 45 % minimum of total) ..as initial shortlisting had already been done on 60% basis. What will be criteria for next test to pass if any ( they should had set criteria as well just like 1st 1 ).
I know its endless debate . Surely we should wait for kind NTS.
BUT if u want to present your case u should give resonable arguements .

Bro no ambiguity in selection process.
Its just because of BOT meeting details which bring worrisome amongst candidates. interpreting is the issue.
I doubt we have ever bothered to read BOT or BoD meetings detail in our life before.
Selection process is never known to public as clear as this is.
Companies never publish HR policy or hiring criteria exactly.
Have faith and trust .
