i mean what special charactor to write in search box to give it a blank result?

I applied for the post for the post of assistant director operations cadre,now the problem is my name is not in list of selected and rejected candidates,yesterday i went to nts office and provided them challan form copy,application copy and tcs copy they told me that your name will be uploaded,now my name is not in the list what should i do now please help me
