i never said 2nd test was/is illegal.what i am tryin to say is if they were to just make merit on 2nd test alone,they should have done it upfront in the ad.can you pin point,in the ad,where they said that they will take first test as screen out and 2nd as the final merit.. in the beginning we sent our documents to nts,they did shortlist and about 500 applications were rejected.
and just for the sake of argument,lets say first test was only for screenout,but they had no reason to ask for another 900 for 2nd level test. its not about 900 as individual,but as in thousands candidates who applied for 2nd level test.they minted money and that's what can be held against them.you quoted CSS,they very clearly mentioned in there ad that they will conduct screening out test and then only passed candidates will take the test.not was the case here with EOBI..no where was it mentioned that they have a 2nd test coming for merit list.its not about seeing the silver lining,its about seeing the bigger picture..many of folks who passed first test might have restrain on their money spending and might have let go the test because of 2nd level test where money was asked again. all orgs that ask for 2nd level test,for instance state bank, included both test marks and they didnt ask no money for 2nd level test.been there,done that!

and just a side note,you use thick and tongue twister words.its cool but those words are not common speech/communication words.and 2nd your grammar is flawed.better work on that prior to take the up hike on word.not to be naysayer but this just looks bad.dont take it personal,its just what i saw and thought to say out loud because there isnt any personal message options..

well he is a different candidate.what my POV is if they were to make a 2nd level test final fate decider,they should have said it in their said ad.dont tell me about BOT meetings and all.we on css forum share such news,others who arent on this forum stay unaware.so if EOBI was to make it final on 2nd test,it was an obligation on their part to write it upfront on ad.and not to forget they charged for both tests,which is injustice in itself!
