Question @AdnanAqeel99
Are people with 4 year B.Sc ( Electrical Engineering) eligible if they have the required post qualification experience? or do they necessarily have to be Masters?

Usually such ads, like that of AD IB require "2nd class or grade C Masters degree or equivalent", but in this ad, there is no mention of equivalence. It just says : "2nd class or grade C Masters degree". I have done 4 year B.Sc in Electrical Engg. I am confused whether to apply or not.

you will be called for test after 3 months. but, you will have to provide 2 years continuous administrative experience in govt/private organization. otherwise, you will not be called for interview.

I do have 2 years experience of a bps 16 job in a govt. organisation, but I am confused about the 'Masters' requirement.
Just by the way, what is meant by an 'autonomous' organisation? does it mean private sector?

According to HEC criteria, 4 years bachelor degree is equivalent to 2 years Master degree. F.P.S.C is demanding 16 years education.
and post qualification experience must be equivalent to Bps-17.

How can post- qualification experience be that of BPS-17? Departments do not even give NOC for applying in the same scale, so there's no way a BPS 17 officer can apply for this job.

Post qualification experience in any scale is required. There is no question of bps-17 or equivalent.
