can any one please interpret the new job link at sngpl.

is it for interview? how to fill it?
all jobs categories are not enlisted in it. it just contains four.

My interview is on 20th october but I have not received the letter by pak post till now. Please someone snd me a scanned copy of application form which is sent by sngpl along with call letter. My email is: mkhan788 at hotmail dot com

Its an old link...... it was used for 2013 hiring process, just before NTS test for bifurcation of finance/accounts related departments.......... It has nothing to do with current hiring......... so be calm
