So it simply means that they can do anything in the selection process. As they did in 2013 when the seats were cancelled.

I applied for a position last year.
I made it to the final interview and was rejected for reasons still unknown. I shall sum up my experience for you guys.

1. Test was computer based. As soon as we submitted our answers, result was declared.
2. I passed the test with flying colours infact I was third highest in all provinces for the field i applied. Interview calls were made after more than a month.
3. First Interview (SNGPL Lahore) was easy. Just a couple of technical questions and questions about previous experience etc.
4. Second interview was just a formality. Everyone I talked to was only asked a couple of questions about willingness to be posted out of station etc.

There was much debate about transparency and merit of this recruitment process. Last interview was just a drama and there were not enough questions asked to rule out successful candidates. Top scorers for a lot of disciplines were rejected and favouritism was exercised.

What you mentioned bro, are these 5-7 seats overall or just for Punjab?

Dude! Seriously?
What part of "I was rejected" is hard to understand? I am not working for SNGPL.

I am currently working in SNGPL and am from the last batch. The selection criteria was 55% test marks, 30% interview and 15% educational background. Around 19000 appeared in written test. Around 600 were called for first interview and around 370 for 2nd. Anybody not having cutoff test marks was not called. Any sort of favourism could have only be done in 30% interview section.

Dear, please clear the confusion of seats. How many seats are open this time and how many are there for provinces?
