But again, it is my personal point of view. I, myself, didn't use any reference but I was able to get selected.

i am talking about chemical category , where people having 67 marks are selected. i said earlier that difference was made in interview marks.

may be i had bad interview, but both of us cant have.

Guys believe me, very few organizations are up to that level. Employees were given timely training in the institute.

Those who disheart candidate are failures of last year for one reason or other. Remember SNGPL has 148 posts and last year 24,000 candidates applied for the post. So obviously, the best could be the part of organization.
can you please elaborate "job security" and any other positive aspects that we do not know of?
and if its not a field job, then where are engineers posted?

I told you already about unlimited medical facility. Job security is combination of several factors that include job assurance, gratuity, sick/annual and casual leaves. In addition, SNGPL is not purely government organization where everyone gets salary and promotion increments apart from fact that they are working efficient or not. Believe me; efficient workers get advantage during increment process.

More of above, its career oriented job and monthly/annually training will be organized time to time. Engineers are posted in house and outhouse both, it depends on situation. Some of my friends who posted in engineering field told me that they learn more in field rather than in house.
