If highest marks of a particular discipline, say customer service, are less then 60 then..!!??? what will SNGPL do...!!!??? Won't they call anyone for interview...!!!???? or they would re-advertise ????

well whether they will call for candidates got minimum 60 marks or not but there are not enough number of seats for every department. Engineers are always needed more in every oil and gas sector and i am shocked to know that SNGPL only needs 50 engineers in total, it means around 5 candidates for every engineering department, that is a big joke

It is so, because these posts weren't created, rather, these posts got vacant due to resignation of employees. SNGPL aren't expanding its network, but looking for man power to fill up its vacant posts........

new oil and gas wells are being discovered how come they do not need to expand their network as country is facing gas shortage and there is immense pressure to gas fields to maintain/increase their production?

Dear friend,
SNGPL's main business is maintenance of high-pressure gas transmission and distribution systems. Gas exploration is not its primary business. Digging wells for Oil/Gas Exploration needs Billion $ investment.

I think we all will be SNGPL expert after the recruitment process. One can compile a thesis on this process after reading the threads.
