Dear first test was in march 2015, second psychological test was in April 2015 and interview was also in April 2015 just after 10 ten days.

security form received in may 2015. and in June 2015 , 2 different security personnel visits and one call for clearance. No apparent visits in July and this month august. So it is my idea that security is almost completed.

what about your security clerance??

Guyz i had seen both ads april 2014 and dec 2014, in both Ads it is written that these posts are on contract basis,

can any body tell me what is difference between perks and benefits of contractual employees comparable to permanent employees in NESCOM.
And Also what is the job security. I mean Contractual employees are for specific project or time period than what happened after this contract expires?

Dear, ad of april 2014 had written both regular/contract while dec 2014 ad had wriiten contract only.

But dont worry they didn't fire their employees.As such there is no any difference between regular and contract employees. Same Pay and Allowance,Hiring facility, Medical facility for self and family.

Only difference is that contract employee job is not pension-able.Initially they hire on 3 or 5 year contract and then extend the contract or permanent the employee depends on availability of seats for regular post.

Not yet just three days before one of my batch mate had security personal visit. It means still security clearance is in process!!!

All relevent info/doc they asked.No he didn't give me any form to attest.

Same case in my visit also. Did you appear in karachi center by any chance? I appeared in karachi and also had just one visit in may 2015 until now.
