HR PERSON is on a distinguished road
Default Interview Experience
On my turn, When I entered the Room, the Middle Guy from 3 men panel asked me to sit down. He asked me from where i belong, my family and current job. Next person asked me if i know the salary package. He asked me about my current Salary package and reason to accept this post even on such low salary scale as compare to my current salary. He asked me the reason to come into this department. Thn he asked me questions about my Qualification. Third and last man of Interviewing panel asked me the policy making according to HR of an organization. Thats all.....

What's the salary of PO. Someone told me its about 40 thousand and what were your answers, how was the atmosphere of the room?

Bro, according to him, Starting salary was 33000.. His words were " Mr.... , are you willing to join Motorway Police at Rs: 33000 although you are getting ..... from ......... (current Organization) ??? Yaar such poucho tu mujy shock laga tha kyun k mein ny b 40000 sy oper sunna tha.. Khair, i replied him "YES"

I think tester lga rha tha. Pay is indeed 40 plus or even if not dept is good people are professional and job is not very hectic this is what i deduced after the physical test everyone was trying to help the candidates. Ps good luck

Dear please tell me that what is the end interview timing?
my interview is scheduled in karachi on 11th sept. and i have to return to lahore on the same date because of FPSC tests on 13th sept.
